MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Engage with patients over the phone, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to patient inquiries, making them feel supported and valued
  • Track and follow up on cases to ensure they are resolved efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in all patient interactions
  • Utilize our CRM database system to manage patient information and interactions effectively
