The Role

The Role
We’re looking for a Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to build, optimize, and maintain high-quality software solutions that support our digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in system design and architecture decisions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve system performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React/Next.js).
- Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Solid experience with relational databases (Postgres) and ORM tools.
- Familiarity with LLM models, knowledge bases, and vector databases.
- Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms (RBAC, JWT).
- Strong analytical thinking and teamwork skills.
- 2+ years experience.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Golang and/or Python.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience working with containerization technologies (Docker).
- Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n).
- Experience with NoSQL databases and caching systems (MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with scalable architectures and modern backend patterns.
- Understanding of system design, performance optimization, and best practices.
