SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in English (B1/B2 level), both written and spoken
- Strong leadership and management capabilities
- Advanced time management and organizational skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion
- Experience in a similar operational or administrative role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead daily operations and ensure effective collaboration across teams
- Own planning and prioritization, aligning activities with business goals
- Drive accountability and performance within teams
- Oversee operational projects, track progress, and remove blockers
- Ensure clear communication of company goals and standards
- Handle sensitive and high-priority matters with discretion
