- Perfect command (C1/C2) of spoken and written English
- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills

- To answer online inquiries timely and professionally
- To have good written communication skills in English
- To seamlessly manage messaging via all online channels
- To inform, educate, and convince potential customers
- To eagerly advance your customer support competence
