What you’ll do:
- Coordinate all training programs across the company – from onboarding to specialized training.
- Work closely with different teams to understand their needs and create valuable training programs.
- Develop and implement systems for tracking and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Work closely with mentors and trainers on a daily basis to develop training programs, monitor progress, and ensure consistent training standards.
- Contribute to the strategic development of training processes at Dentaprime.
