JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in English: Proficient in English (C1/C2 Level)
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Customer-Oriented Approach: A friendly, patient-focused attitude
- Multitasking Abilities: Skilled in managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Professional Responsiveness: Ability to address patient requests promptly and professionally
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with patients over the phone, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Provide accurate and timely responses to patient inquiries, making them feel supported and valued
- Track and follow up on cases to ensure they are resolved efficiently
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all patient interactions
- Utilize our CRM database system to manage patient information and interactions effectively
