Essential Skills:
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Perfect understanding of Excel and will to work with top-notch software.
• Ability to reliably follow and analyze large amounts of data.
• Skills to create concise and clear reports and forecasts.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Inherent responsibility, confidentiality, and a positive attitude
• Knowledge of CRM software will be considered a plus.
Main responsibilities:
• Understanding in detail the company’s KPIs across all departments
• Maintaining a flawless process for monitoring and reporting these KPIs
• Developing in-depth reports on the company’s performance
• Translating the company’s strategy into actionable goals for teams
• Working closely with all teams to monitor and improve their operations
• Creating statistics-based forecasts through scenario modeling
