Key Responsibilities:
- Take a leading role in the daily coordination of the IT department
- Lead, support, and mentor team members while helping resolve challenges and blockers
- Distribute workload, set priorities, and ensure effective cooperation between IT teams
- Manage small and mid-sized IT projects from planning to successful delivery
- Drive AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across the business
- Coordinate software implementations, integrations, upgrades, and hardware-related projects
- Work closely with external vendors and technology partners
Qualifications
- Good understanding of different IT functions, systems, infrastructure, and software environments
- Experience managing IT projects, priorities, resources, and external vendors
- Strong people-management and mentoring skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, and emerging technologies
