In conjunction with our continued expansion, we seek a Legal Advisor to join our team and advise and assist with commercial and legal activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of legal experience
- Fluency in English (B1/B2 level or above)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical literacy and proficiency in MS Office suite
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
Your Responsibilities:
- You will support the company’s commercial activities with a focus on contracts and day-to-day legal matters.
- You will draft, review, and manage agreements, ensuring the company’s interests are protected.
- You will monitor existing contracts and identify potential risks or improvement areas.
- You will collaborate with business teams to align commercial needs with legal requirements.
- You will ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- You will provide clear, practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders.
