The Role
As Executive Business Partner, you’ll be at the center of our most important initiatives. You’ll manage priorities, facilitate decision-making, and coordinate critical projects. With sharp analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and exceptional organizational ability, you’ll anticipate challenges, create structure, and keep everything moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary support and trusted partner to the owner
- Manage and optimize schedules, priorities, and workflows to maximize impact
- Anticipate issues, identify solutions, and handle matters proactively
- Prepare, coordinate, and follow through on meetings, projects, and key decisions
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Coordinate travel, events, and strategic logistics when required
- Contribute to the execution of high-level initiatives that drive company success
- Act as the primary support and trusted partner to the owner
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum B2 level English, written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment and discretion
