Planning & Scheduling Specialist to join our motivated, goal-oriented, and close-knit team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Good command of English (B1/B2)
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Ability to work towards defined targets
- Previous experience in roles requiring strong organizational skills will be considered an advantage
Your Responsibilities:
- Organizing patient treatment schedules
- Allocating planned treatments among doctors based on their working shifts
- Monitoring the different stages of patient treatments
- Proactively communicating with team leaders across departments
- Updating and maintaining daily schedules
